Kullanım Şartları
1. Kapsam
Bu şartlar, KYRSOFT ("biz") tarafından https://teknouydu.org üzerinden sunulan SEO FAST masaüstü yazılımının ("Yazılım") satın alınmasını ve kullanımını düzenler. Lisans satın alarak veya Yazılımı kurarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Yazılım ve lisans
SEO FAST, web sitelerini analiz eden bir Windows uygulamasıdır (site taraması, sıralama takibi, teknik SEO kontrolleri, içerik önerileri ve raporlar). Yazılım satılmaz, lisanslanır. Lisans anahtarı, ödeme sayfasında gösterilen süre (3, 6, 12 veya 24 ay) ve site sayısı (1 veya 2) için geçerlidir. Bu süre boyunca Yazılımı kendi bilgisayarlarınıza kurup lisanslı siteler için kullanabilirsiniz.
3. Kısıtlamalar
Lisans anahtarınızı paylaşamaz, yeniden satamaz, alt lisans veremez veya yayımlayamazsınız; Yazılımı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutamaz veya değiştiremez, lisans kontrollerini kaldıramaz, analiz yetkiniz olmayan sitelerde kullanamazsınız. Kötüye kullanım, anahtarın iade yapılmaksızın devre dışı bırakılmasına yol açabilir.
4. Sipariş, ödeme ve teslimat
Fiyatlar EUR cinsindendir ve geçerli olduğu yerde KDV dahildir. Sipariş süreci çevrimiçi satış ortağımız Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Paddle) tarafından yürütülür. Paddle tüm siparişlerimiz için satıcı (Merchant of Record) sıfatıyla hareket eder: ödemeyi alır, faturayı düzenler ve ödemeyle ilgili desteği sağlar. Sözleşme, ödemenin onaylanmasıyla kurulur. Lisans anahtarınız ödemeden hemen sonra ekranda gösterilir ve metin dosyası olarak indirilebilir; e-posta ile gönderilmez.
5. Güncellemeler ve destek
Lisans süreniz içinde yayımlanan güncellemeler dahildir. Destek info@teknouydu.org adresinden e-posta ile verilir; bir iş günü içinde yanıtlarız.
6. Süre ve sona erme
Lisans, ödenen sürenin sonunda kendiliğinden sona erer; otomatik yenileme ve fesih bildirimi yoktur. Bu şartların ağır ihlalinde lisans iade yapılmaksızın sonlandırılabilir.
7. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Yazılım sektörde olağan özenle sunulur. Belirli arama sıralamalarına ulaşılacağını garanti etmeyiz. Kast, ağır ihmal ile hayata, vücuda veya sağlığa verilen zararlardan sınırsız sorumluyuz; diğer hallerde sorumluluk öngörülebilir ve sözleşmeye özgü zararla sınırlıdır. Zorunlu tüketici hukuku hükümleri saklıdır.

Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms govern the purchase and use of the desktop software SEO FAST ("Software") offered by KYRSOFT ("we", "us") through https://teknouydu.org. By purchasing a license or installing the Software you accept these Terms.
2. The Software and the license
SEO FAST is a Windows application for analysing websites (site audit, ranking tracking, technical SEO checks, content suggestions and reports). It is licensed, not sold. A license key is valid for the period shown at checkout (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and for the number of websites shown (1 or 2). During that period you may install and use the Software on your own computers for the licensed websites.
3. Restrictions
You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your license key, reverse-engineer or modify the Software, remove license checks, or use the Software to access websites you are not authorised to analyse. Misuse may lead to deactivation of the key without refund.
4. Ordering, payment and delivery
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Paddle). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles payment-related support. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. Your license key is shown on screen immediately after payment and can be downloaded as a text file; it is not sent by e-mail.
5. Updates and support
Updates released during your license period are included. Support is provided by e-mail at info@teknouydu.org; we reply within one business day.
6. Duration and termination
The license ends automatically at the end of the paid period; there is no automatic renewal and no notice is required. We may terminate a license without refund in case of serious breach of these Terms.
7. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided with the care customary in the industry. We do not warrant that it will achieve particular search rankings. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; in all other cases liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
