2. İşlenen veriler
- Sipariş verileri: e-posta adresi, seçilen lisans paketi, tutar, para birimi, ülke ve işlem numarası. Kart ve ödeme bilgileri satıcı (Merchant of Record) sıfatıyla Paddle.com Market Ltd. tarafından işlenir; tam kart numarasını hiçbir zaman almayız.
- Lisans verileri: size verilen lisans anahtarı, paketi, süresi, site sayısı ve verildiği e-posta adresi.
- Web sitesi verileri: bu sitede yalnızca teknik olarak gerekli çerezler kullanılır: dil tercihi çerezi (dil seçerseniz) ve oturum çerezleri. Sunucu kayıtlarında güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım önleme amacıyla IP adresi, tarayıcı ve erişim zamanı tutulur.
- İletişim: bize gönderdiğiniz e-postalar ve yanıtlarımız.
Yazılımın kendisi hesap gerektirmez. Etkinleştirme yalnızca lisans anahtarınızla yapılır.
3. Amaç ve hukuki dayanak
Sözleşmenin ifası ve lisansın teslimi (GDPR md. 6/1-b); muhasebe gibi yasal yükümlülükler (md. 6/1-c); güvenlik ve dolandırıcılık önleme (meşru menfaat, md. 6/1-f). Onayınız olmadan pazarlama e-postası göndermeyiz.
4. Alıcılar
Paddle.com Market Ltd. (ödeme, fatura, vergi), AB içindeki barındırma sağlayıcımız ve destek yazışmaları için e-posta sağlayıcıları. AB dışına aktarım yalnızca uygun güvencelerle (standart sözleşme maddeleri) yapılır.
5. Saklama süresi
Sipariş ve fatura verileri vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca (10 yıla kadar) saklanır. Lisans verileri, lisans süresi artı destek ve uyuşmazlık amacıyla 3 yıl saklanır. Sunucu kayıtları en fazla 30 gün tutulur.
6. Haklarınız
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği ve itiraz hakkına, ayrıca verdiğiniz onayı her zaman geri alma hakkına sahipsiniz. Bir veri koruma denetim makamına şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Haklarınız için info@teknouydu.org adresine yazın.

2. Data we process
- Order data: e-mail address, selected license package, amount, currency, country and the transaction ID. Card and payment details are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record; we never receive full card numbers.
- License data: the license key issued to you, its package, period and number of websites, and the e-mail address it was issued to.
- Website data: this website uses only technically necessary cookies: a language preference cookie (if you choose a language) and session cookies. Server logs record IP address, browser and time of access for security and abuse prevention.
- Communication: e-mails you send us and our replies.
The Software itself does not require an account. Activation uses only your license key.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Contract performance and delivery of your license (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)); security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.
4. Recipients
Paddle.com Market Ltd. (payment processing, invoicing, tax), our hosting provider in the EU, and e-mail providers for support correspondence. Data is transferred outside the EU only with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention
Order and invoice data is kept as long as required by tax law (up to 10 years). License data is kept for the license period plus 3 years for support and dispute purposes. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights contact info@teknouydu.org.
