Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If SEO FAST does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to info@teknouydu.org from the e-mail address used at checkout and state your transaction ID or license key.
2. How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Our orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued by Paddle and usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. On refund the license key is deactivated.
3. After 14 days
Licenses are pre-paid for a fixed period. After the 14-day period partial refunds for unused time are not offered, except where the Software cannot be made to work on a supported system (see section 5).
4. Cancellation
A license ends automatically at the end of the paid period. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so no cancellation is necessary.
5. Technical problems
If the Software does not work on a supported system (Windows 10 or 11), contact us first — most issues are solved quickly. If we cannot provide a working Software, you receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day period.
6. Exclusions
Refunds may be declined where a license key was shared or resold, or where the license was terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.

İade ve İptal Politikası
1. 14 gün para iade garantisi
SEO FAST beklentinizi karşılamazsa satın almadan itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçesiz tam iade talep edebilirsiniz. Ödemede kullandığınız e-posta adresinden info@teknouydu.org adresine işlem numaranızı veya lisans anahtarınızı yazmanız yeterlidir.
2. İade nasıl yapılır
İade, ödemenin yapıldığı yönteme yapılır. Siparişlerimiz satıcı (Merchant of Record) sıfatıyla Paddle.com Market Ltd. tarafından işlendiğinden iade Paddle tarafından yapılır ve bankanıza göre genellikle 5–10 iş günü içinde hesabınıza yansır. İadeyle birlikte lisans anahtarı devre dışı bırakılır.
3. 14 günden sonra
Lisanslar belirli bir süre için peşin ödenir. 14 günden sonra kullanılmayan süre için kısmi iade yapılmaz; Yazılımın desteklenen bir sistemde çalıştırılamaması hali hariçtir (bkz. 5. madde).
4. İptal
Lisans, ödenen sürenin sonunda kendiliğinden sona erer. Abonelik ve otomatik yenileme olmadığından iptal işlemi gerekmez.
5. Teknik sorunlar
Yazılım desteklenen bir sistemde (Windows 10 veya 11) çalışmıyorsa önce bize yazın; sorunların çoğu hızla çözülür. Çalışan bir Yazılım sunamazsak 14 gün şartına bakılmaksızın tam iade alırsınız.
6. İstisnalar
Lisans anahtarının paylaşıldığı veya yeniden satıldığı ya da lisansın Kullanım Şartları ihlali nedeniyle sonlandırıldığı durumlarda iade reddedilebilir.
